Work Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement national sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
- Lead, guide, and oversee regional and area sales teams to enhance performance and meet targets.
- Develop and strengthen the distributor and channel partner network across India.
- Manage key business accounts, including HORECA chains, institutions, and modern trade segments.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence in untapped regions.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to support business decisions
- Enhance product visibility through promotional activities, market activations, and customer interactions.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and timely collection of payments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Experience and other requirements
- 10-12 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
- Strong experience in HORECA, Bakery, and B2B sales
- Proven track record of handling national or multi-regional sales operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
