WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up channel partner’s / Distributors network in his assigned territory.
- Handle customer queries received via Instamart, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to product, order, and delivery-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and close queries efficiently.
- Convert digital enquiries into confirmed online sales wherever applicable.
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for enquiries, responses, conversions, and pending cases.
- Track performance metrics and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
➢ Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
➢ Strong communication and follow-up skills
➢ Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for MIS reporting
WORKING HOURS
Days: Monday through Friday
Time: 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM
Saturday: 09:30 AM TO 02:00 PM
