WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Business Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow HORECA sales in the Mumbai market.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and caterers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (value & volume).
2) Key Account Management
- Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and decision makers.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Ensure regular order flow, product visibility, and long-term account retention.
3) Channel & Distributor Management
- Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor distributor performance, collections, and market coverage.
- Support distributor expansion and onboarding as per territory requirements.
4) Market Intelligence & Promotion
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on competitors, pricing, and product trends.
- Execute product trials, tastings, and demos with chefs and institutional clients. • Work closely with marketing teams for promotions, events, and brand visibility.
5) Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in HORECA / Institutional Sales.
- Strong network within the Mumbai HORECA market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby regions.

Time: 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM
Saturday: 09:30 AM TO 02:00 PM
