Work Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement national sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Lead, guide, and oversee regional and area sales teams to enhance performance and meet targets.
  • Develop and strengthen the distributor and channel partner network across India.
  • Manage key business accounts, including HORECA chains, institutions, and modern trade segments.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence in untapped regions.
  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to support business decisions
  • Enhance product visibility through promotional activities, market activations, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and timely collection of payments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Experience and other requirements

  • 10-12 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
  • Strong experience in HORECA, Bakery, and B2B sales
  • Proven track record of handling national or multi-regional sales operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
