 ROLE IDENTIFIER 

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES 

1) Marketplace & Platform Management 

• Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart,  Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Jiomart, etc. 
• Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images,  keywords, pricing, and offers. 
• Ensure correct categorization, compliance, and content accuracy as per marketplace  guidelines.

2) Order & Inventory Management 

• Monitor daily orders, ensure timely processing, and coordinate with  warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch. 
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or  overstocking. 
• Handle returns, replacements, cancellations, and customer complaints in coordination  with marketplaces. 

3) Sales, Promotions & Campaigns 

• Plan and execute online promotions, deals, discounts, and festive sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for visibility, ads, and brand  promotions. 
• Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions to improve conversions and  revenue. 

4) Reporting & Analysis 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Track key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and product rankings.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, and market trends. 

5) Coordination & Compliance 

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) for smooth  operations. 
• Ensure GST, invoicing, pricing, and payment reconciliation as per company policies.
• Maintain marketplace documentation, claims, and settlements.

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
• 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with Indian e-commerce marketplaces. 
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel. 
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 WORKING HOURS 

Days: Monday through Friday 

Time: 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM 

Saturday: 09:30 AM TO 02:00 PM
