WORK RESPONSIBILITIES 

1) Business Development & Sales Growth 

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow HORECA sales in the Mumbai market.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants,  cafés, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and caterers. 
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (value & volume).

2) Key Account Management 

  • Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and decision makers. 
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Ensure regular order flow, product visibility, and long-term account retention. 

3) Channel & Distributor Management 

  • Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure product availability and timely  delivery. 
  • Monitor distributor performance, collections, and market coverage.
  • Support distributor expansion and onboarding as per territory requirements. 

4) Market Intelligence & Promotion 

  • Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on competitors, pricing, and product  trends. 
  • Execute product trials, tastings, and demos with chefs and institutional clients. Work closely with marketing teams for promotions, events, and brand visibility. 

5) Reporting & Coordination 

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service  for smooth operations. 
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies.

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in HORECA / Institutional Sales. 
  • Strong network within the Mumbai HORECA market. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby regions.

WORKING HOURS 

Days: Monday through Friday 

Time: 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM 

Saturday: 09:30 AM TO 02:00 PM
